Welcome to Zontal Nation. We are the University of Kansas Ultimate Frisbee team. If you are new to frisbee but want to know how you can get involved you can see the 'Contact Us' page or come by one of our practices. Practices are on Tuesday's and Thursday's during the school year from 4:00 - 6:30 PM at Shenk sports complex (23rd and Iowa).
